Business Mentoring & Support

Are you looking for ways to develop and grow your business?  With Premium membership you can tap into the expert guidance of our experienced Business Mentors to help you stay on track and move your business forward.  Our Premium membership package allows you to have one online or phone session a month. 

How it works:

At the initial mentoring session you will be introduced to your Mentor who will conduct a diagnostic of your business – looking at your business model: products/services; operations; marketing, finances and areas for business growth.  Following this session an action plan will be created and emailed to you with key recommendations and actions to take to maximise your business potential.

The second session will include a review of the actions and an agreement of the key recommendations and impact measures suggested to improve business performance.  A follow up action plan will be emailed.

At subsequent sessions your progress will be reviewed and you will have an opportunity to receive advice and guidance on any challenges or blocks preventing you from achieving your aims. Your Mentor will share knowledge, provide guidance, bring fresh perspectives and act as a sounding board for your business.  Typical areas of advice and support covered in sessions can include:

  • Reviewing & developing your business model

  • Exploring better ways to market your business effectively

  • Considering actions to take to increase your sales and profit margin 

  • Finding sources of finance

  • Overcoming cash-flow problems

  • Developing and implementing your ideas
